Description

New drive installed at 1101 Summer Street with street gutter higher than existing gutter (1105 - 1103 Summer Street) which will cause water to pool. Also gutter is not connected to existing gutter leaving a 3 - 4 inch gap gutter exacerbating drainage problems. This section of Summer Street is at the bottom of hill and there is no drainage on either side of street and no way for water to cross the intersection of Summer Street at Beachton Street.
