Please review manhole to left rear of property to determine ownership. Resident at 23 Park Ave are concerned with the amount of water that comes in their backyard. There is this drainage system with manhole. Unknown if it is City of Transit.

There is raw sewage flowing into an empty apartment below us. This is the second time in six months. It also happened in building 2 of the same complex. Most people here rent and the building management is I responsible . This is a health concern for my family who lives above this apt
