renters at Beechwood Apartments (across from Lincoln School) have turned a fire-lane on right side of property into permanent overnight parking (contrary to newly enacted citywide prohibition against front-lawn parking); let alone compromising the FD's emergency access. Landlord complicit by graveling encroachment area (since he doesn't provide enough legal parking garage capacity).

Construction crews were ripping up asphalt and loading dump truck at or before 7am. Loud sounds of asphalt chunks hitting truckbed floor were disturbing to sleep.

Cars coming down the hill on Windsor and Cleveland toward Ashland Rd frequently must slam on brakes because it is a blind intersection and both cars are coming down steep hills. A yield sign on Windsor will help prevent accidents.

I live near the Mabe Playground and the Village Green. All day long, I watch moms, nannies and church daycare workers jaywalk with small children across Elm Street in the middle of the block between Broad Street and Morris Avenue to get to and from the mid-block entrance to the playground. The street is parked solid with cars during the week so drivers have little chance to see pedestrians until they are right on top of them. It’s a long block that I think could be made much safer for pedestrians with the addition of a mid-block crosswalk leading to the playground.

The resident of 58 Prospect Hill Avenue parks illegally overnight in front of his neighbor’s house (50 Prospect Hill Avenue).

Commercial landscaping including cutting of lawn and blowers began at 7:00 am this morning.

There are too many cars trying to beat the red light and entering the intersection when the light has already changed.

Over 4 ton Commerical vehicle parked at residence every night.

Speeding on kent place is out of control - need a radar sign near the high school. Drivers blasting thru the cross walks near high street bridge. Need more warnings to slow down and watch for pedestrians cross at the bridge.

The multiple residents of this house are parking on the street overnight on a daily basis...it now has become a regular occurrence and more people are breaking the street rules...can we get them notified/ticketed that this is not acceptable except in a one/two night special case basis. thank you
