Description

We need to have an inspection of the exterior columns of the Community Center building. This will take some coordination of the DPW Buildings Unit as well as the Exterminator. We have to take the exterior aluminum cover off of the columns, have it inspected for termites and then have the covers put back on. From some older files, we have reason to believe that there may have been (or is) termite damage/pest damage to the columns. As we move forward with the Community Center project, we need to perform this task.

We would like to try to get this done in the next two weeks. If time allows, the aluminum covers can be removed as soon as possible so we can be flexible for the pest inspection.
