At least every other day, Summit Cleaning staff are cleaning and scrubbing roads. Is this a smart way to spend taxpayers' money? I am all for creating jobs and I am sure the staff work hard, but tax payer's moneys can be utilized in a better way, like cleaning and repairing the Summit Train station. The walls are falling apart and bricks on the building need fixing or replacement. The roads and sidewalks don't need to be scrubbed every other day. I can't imagine the costs of fuel, wear and tear, and manpower. Thank you.
