Description
The street dramatically floods on the east side and and in the winter ices over creating a very dangerous condition. The run off has been noted to come down the driveway from a house up the street I believe 100 Prospect Hill Ave. Please adress this inadequate street drainage while construction is on going.

This concern was recently inspected during a rain event. It is a conveyance issue not a capacity issue as it relates to the gutter line, asphalt conditions and drainage infrastructure on the street. It has been noted by the Engineering Division and will be addressed during the future capital improvement project for Prospect Hill Avenue with proper crown construction during paving.
During the winter months, if icing becomes a concern, City staff may use the salt spreader to disperse the ice as they do in various locations around the City.
Work currently underway at the nearest eastern intersection is limited to Lenox Road and Whittredge Road.
