Thank you for contacting the SPD via SCF. The train station and bus depots are the jurisdiction of the NJ Transit Police and they should be contacted directly with your concerns. The “pan handling” issue can be addressed by the SPD, so when you see it taking place, please contact 908-273-0051 (SPD Dispatch) so an officer can respond.
