Someone is dumping black garbage bags at Briant Park. There are at least 4 that can be visibly seen from the path near the newly remodeled bridge, near Shunpike road.
The cars speeding past briant park is getting out of control. Today is the second time in a few months that a cyclist has been hit by a car at the park. Speeding must be enforced better through speed bump or better police monitoring.
