I have had repeated flooding issues as a result of runoff from this construction project cascading on to and through my property all the way to the intersection of Maple St and Ashland Road.

Please ensure that builder has permanently addressed drainage issues prior to arrival of tropical storm and 3-6 inches of rain. Thank you.

Runoff soil and silt deluged my property in two rivers from the construction site adjacent on Elm Place. It also went on to Maple Street and into the sewer system at Ashland and Maple.

The red button to start the flashing lights at the northern intersection of Broad and Elm (next to the bus stop) isn't working.

[The button on the southern side of the intersection works properly.]

Understanding the tremendous strain the city DPW is under to remove debris after the last several storms, I'm only concerned that the tree limbs still in the street, too heavy to be moved by hand, will affect snow plowing Wednesday-Thursday.

Is the contractor done with the Friday sweep of areas missed Thursday, or will the follow-up continue through the close of business Friday?

Can glass, plastic and metal recycling please resume? Thank you.

The sign for the crosswalk at the middle school at Morris and Elm is obscured from the Eastbound direction by low limbs. Drivers routinely fail to yield at that crosswalk in their rush to get to the red light at Maple Street or Summit Avenue.

Morris Avenue is county, but it would take someone with a lopper about 3 mins to resolve.

The iron sculpture placed on the Elm Street/Elm Place triangle presents not only an obstacle but a potential risk to both children and their parents who use the hill to sled.

Not to mention a potential liability suit.
