Late pickup for recycling and tree waste.

问 Please describe in detail the issue.
答 Recycling was due to be picked up on Monday 12/31/18, but still has not been picked up as of today 1/5/19. And our monthly, first Wednesday of the month, curbside tree waste pickup was not completed. Recycling pick up is suppose to be every other Monday in our neighborhood, and we are lucky to have it picked up by Wednesday. Days of numerous cans blocking the roads and being an eye sore. Taxes are high in this area and we are not getting the service we are paying for.

with your 311 case number and feelings about how the Mayor is using this as a ploy to raise the revenue cap and start charging for waste disposal. Giving more money to SWD at this point until new management can be brought in would be like just burning those dollars.
