Mr. Dawson,
We will be adding signs to the intersection. The one that was there was destroyed and will be replaced. We are looking at adding one further down Ashland Road toward Laurel Avenue.

I would be interested to know when the replacement signs will be place. It has been 20 days and school is still in session. I spoke with the crossing guard today and she was appalled that nothing is there. She said she is consistently shocked by how many cars don’t stop for kids and parents waiting at a crosswalk. This is a law. Frankly, more than just additional signs are needed to slow excessive speeds on Ashland.
