Magic Fountain customers are parking on both sides of Lowell Ave. There are parking signs posted but they are ignored constantly. Police need to monitor neighborhood and ticket offenders. This business is open 8 months out of the year and hours are from 12:00-11:00pm. They don't have ample parking for their business and it has become a nuisance to the neighborhood. Please have police put cones or no parking signs on one side of the street or make one side strictly no parking and enforce. The parking on both sides makes the streets narrow and the young kids speed down the street. Someone is going to eventually get hurt.
